Extreme Northern Luzon will ezperience mostly cloudy skies with scattered light rains.The rest of the county will have partialy cloudy to a times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Extreme Northen Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough, Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast and east with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
